For UPS Shipping |
Shipping, packing and handling via UPS Ground can be determined using the chart at left. For orders under$500 there will be an
addtional 5% charge. For upgraded UPS rates (3 day select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) call our sales department at 800-551-9875 for an
estimate.
Shipping rates subject to change without notice.
A nominal fuel surcharge will be effective on all orders shipping after April 1, 2008.
End of Season Sale Shipping Rates:
Freight charges are based on the pre-discount prices, with a minimum of $45.00 on orders under $100.00, 40% on orders $100.00 to $200.00 and standard rates on orders over $200.

For Customer Pick Up |
Customer pickup requests, where stock must be shipped between Lawyer Nursery locations to consolidate your request, will
incur additional charges. All orders are packed for customer pickup and will be charged for packing materials.

Directions From Interstate 90
Interstate 90 from Montana Exit #34, St. Regis
North on Highway 135, 22 Miles to Highway 200. Turn Left
West on Highway 200, 8 Miles to Plains.
Continue 9.5 Miles west of Plains on Highway 200 to Lawyer Nursery Inc's headquarters
Air Service
Missoula, Montana International Airport; Airlines: Skywest, Northwest, Horizon Air & United Express (Plains is 75 Miles northwest of Missoula International Airport)
Plains Airport lacks commercial service but is with a paved landing strip of 4,800 feet (capable of landing a 737), with an elevation of 2,462 feet, for small aircraft.
We recommend that you call ahead to make an appointment before visiting any of our three nursery locations.
