Lawyer Nursery grows 700+ species and varieties of bareroot nursery stock.
We emphasize northern grown, cold hardy blooming shrubs and trees in our broad inventory. From our original growing site in Montana we ship bareroot trees and shrubs including conifers that have been tested cold hardy by the Montana climate. The business has grown to included facilities in Connell and Olympia, Washington. The Connell site provides an optimal environment for propogating wholesale fruit trees and rootstock and other nursery stock that grows best in a dry climate with warm summer temperatures. The Olympia site is excellent for ornamental shrubs and trees, seedling and transplant conifers, and nursery stock that grows best in a mild, moist climate. These three sites allow us to grow a wide range of items including native plants and rare plants wholesale, including items that are in limited supply in the nursery industry.

Shipping without soil or containers provides reduced transportation costs that can positively effect your bottom-line. We routinely ship to the mid-west and east coast and to Canada. Cost savings provided by use of bareroot trees and shrubs make them an excellent choice for large plantings such as nursery liners, orchard fruit trees or rootstock, large landscape plantings, Christmas tree plantations, conservation and reforestation projects, and wildlife habitat plantings.
A long shipping season provides stock when you need it.
Modern climate-controlled storage facilities allow us to ship wholesale nursery orders from January tthrough June. If you need stock early for your greenhouse operation or late for your cold climate, our bareroot stock is maintained in its dormant condition for your use.

Our shopping cart provides a user friendly interface to place your wholesale order. You can shop online at your convenience 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The minimum purchase wholesale nursery website amount is $500.00 not including shipping costs. Our Spring 2009 shipping season begins the first Monday in January and continues from cold storage until the fourth Monday in June. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for order processing and shipping.
